Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
